 Industrial Construction
ILES specializes in Industrial site preparation, concrete foundations, mechanical & structural construction along with grass roots installation of
mechanical equipment, piping equipment and duct bank systems.
ILES can provide seep barrier controls, flood wall protection, waste water treatment, pipe spool manufacturing and fabrication, civil construction of tank farms, berms
and road construction. ILES also provides estimating & procurement, project managing, surveying, geotechnical, pile driving
(steel sheet, vinyl or composite), fence building and plant maintenance.
ILES provides construction services for municipalities and other
government entities such as FEMA, Core of Engineers. ILES has
constructed pumping stations, new industrial plants, satellite gas
compressor stations. ILES can provide safety management and training
services, site clearing, water control, small marine construction, right-of-way clearing, pipe
maintenance, lance work, hydro excavation for plant & pipeline work, high pressure
gasoline excavation, chemical controls and turnaround work.
Industrial Demolition / Dismantling
ILES has been instrumental in the dismantling and removal of
entire industrial plants, gas processing units, cryogenic units, individual tanks, building structures
and concrete foundations. ILES can provide redline drawings and number matching installation
services, transportation & packing, number & tagging equipment, categorizing
& logging equipment for inventory and land side & marine transportation
services.
Levee Armoring
ILES uses synthetic material levee armoring material,
provides dirt work services, seeding, armoring and erosion control.
ILES has pile driving capabilities for vinyl or steel sheet piling.
ILES can install overtopping control, hydraulic protection, installation of synthetic rooting infrastructure, levee
construction and compaction, repairs, and alterations both on
land side or marine.
Environmental Clean-up & Remediations
ILES provides crews for inspection of gas tanks,
hydro testing, painting, tank repairs, remediation of tank bottoms and disposal, tank blasting and coating services.
ILES can lift, repair and stabilize tank internal floating roofs, bladders and pontoons, soil remediation, and testing
& disposal. ILES is a certified trainer for HAZWOP 40 hour site command & 8 hour refresher course.
ILES can provide project management, debris removal, waterway cleanup, oil spill cleanup, removal and disposal, highway spills, marine salvage
& recovery, hydrocutting and coil cutting capabilities and pipe
maintenance.
Emergency Response
ILES can provide
24 hour emergency response for collapsed internal roofs, hazmat, chemical spills, hurricane damage,
and marine salvage & recovery operations. ILES is equipped with boats, barges and equipment to respond
to waterway oil spills, site command controls for refinery
incidents, and industrial, commercial or private spill response.
ILES has worked in the Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi River and State tributaries as
well as in the management of environmental impact of the industrial world. ILES is a strong supporter of
a greener planet along with maintaining the ability of a fast
growing future for our children and the generations to come.
Storage
ILES provides an 8 acre facility with 20,000 square
feet of covered storage to maintain, manage and stock equipment
& inventory for emergency use or plant turnarounds. They
are also equipped with the infrastructure for housing command central
personnel with easy access off Hwy 23 in Belle Chasse,
Louisiana. ILES, LLC is positioned to respond to all local areas
as well as our partners abroad in receiving, transporting, and storing of equipment, inventory or emergency supplies to facilitate your needs.
